An update from our team about pricing and warranty

Dear Kahtoola community, 

We’re a small team based in Flagstaff, Arizona. Everything we make is designed, tested, and trusted by us—real people who spend a lot of time outside and care deeply about the gear and wild spaces we rely on.

Like many small businesses right now, we’ve been feeling the hit from ongoing tariff changes. They’ve made things more expensive across the board, and unfortunately, we’re no longer able to absorb all of it. So starting August 1, you'll see a price increase on most of our products (accessories and past-season gaiters won’t be affected).

We know price hikes are never good news—and truthfully, the new tariffs have been brutal. But we also wanted to give something back. So we're extending the warranty on all stretch-on traction products to four years for products purchased on or after August 1, 2025. This includes MICROspikes®, EXOspikes™, NANOspikes®, and our upcoming MICROspikes® Ghost footwear traction. It’s our way of standing behind what we make, and backing up the trust you’ve placed in us.
