We stand firmly behind our products. We provide a 1-year limited warranty for our gaiters, a 2-year limited warranty for our stretch on traction and a 3-year limited warranty for our hiking crampons.*

If you believe your Kahtoola product to have a manufacturer defect, please fill out the form below, with your contact information and as much detail about the issue as possible. Once the form is submitted, we will respond via email within 5-7 business days. If you have any questions or do not receive a reply within the prescribed time period, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (866) 330-8030 or service@kahtoola.com.

Please note: Product warranties apply to the original owner only and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Normal wear and tear will not be considered for warranty repair or replacement. If your product is not repairable, and we replace it with a new one, the original will not be returned to you. If a product is no longer in production, someone from our customer service team will contact you to discuss options. We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for warranty claims. 

*Any products used in a fleet will only qualify for a 1-year limited warranty.
