Warranty Coverage
- Stretch-on traction
- 4-year limited warranty (purchased on or after August 1, 2025)
- 2-year limited warranty (purchased before August 1, 2025)
- Hiking crampons
- 3-year limited warranty
- Gaiters
- 1-year limited warranty
Please note: any products used in a fleet will only qualify for a 1-year limited warranty.
Warranty Terms
Warranties apply to products purchased new from Kahtoola or an authorized reseller, as well as renewed gear purchased directly from kahtoola.com.
Warranty coverage applies to the original owner only and covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement. Products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If a product is replaced, the original item will not be returned. If a product is no longer in production, our customer service team will contact you to discuss available options. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for warranty claims.
