Elastomer Replacement
For out-of-warranty MICROspikes® and EXOspikes™ traction, 2015 or newer. If your harness elastomer is torn or broken, it may qualify for an affordable repair through our Elastomer Replacement Service.
If your traction is still under warranty, start with a warranty request.
Details
Available to customers in the 48 contiguous United States. Products manufactured before 2015 and/or with excessive wear on spikes cannot be repaired.
General Repairs
For all other issues including gaiters, hardware, or products not covered by the elastomer replacement service.
