SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We work hard to ship packages fast, efficiently, and using reusable packaging.
- We ship Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. AZT (excluding major holidays).
- Orders are typically processed same day, but during busy periods can take 1–2 days to process.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- During the winter season, we may not be able to ship due to inclement weather.
$6.95 flat-rate shipping on orders less than $75.00. With this offer, we reserve the right to choose the most inexpensive shipping method to the customer’s location. Depending on the service (USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground), shipping times will typically vary between 3–7 business days. If you know that a specific carrier does not deliver to your shipping address, please let us know by making a note in your order during checkout.
Expedited orders ship via UPS 3-Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Cost is calculated at the time of checkout. Please place expedited orders before 12 p.m. to ensure the requested delivery date.
Free shipping within the U.S. for orders $75 and over. (Free shipping is not available for Pro Purchases.)
International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express. Cost is calculated at the time of checkout. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, and other fees. If you have issues placing an international order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Once orders are processed, recipients will receive an email notification with the tracking number. If you do not know the specific carrier of your package, you can search your tracking number with Google.
When possible, we use reused packaging and packing materials that are easily recyclable. If you do not wish to have your order packaged using reused materials, you can specify your preference when making your order. Please note that we often ship with UPS, who is a carbon neutral carrier.
