Order Processing

  • We ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). US orders qualify for free shipping via USPS with paid expedited options available.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically shipped next day, but may take up to 2-3 business days from the time they are placed.
  • Orders placed after 11am Arizona time may be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Timeline
    • Shipping transit times within the US are generally 4-10 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer shipping times. If you require faster shipping, please select an expedited option.
    • International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.
    • Please note that shipping transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping Rates
    • We offer free shipping on orders within the United States only. Free shipping typically ships with United States Postal Service.
    • Free shipping is not available for members of our pro purchase program.
    • If you require faster shipping, please select an expedited option.
    • Warranties and Repairs will be shipped via standard United States Postal Service.
  • International Shipping
    • International orders ship via FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service), or DHL. Please note that international orders require additional processing time. Kahtoola is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees. There may be additional charges at your local terminal.

  • Holidays
    • Please allow for additional processing and transit times during the winter holiday season.
    • To ensure your order arrives in time, we recommend placing your order on or before December 14th to ensure delivery by December 25th.
  • Delivery
    • Kahtoola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by our shipping partners.
    • Any lost or delayed package claims will need to be resolved directly with the appropriate shipping company.
