About Us — One Percent for the People

Kahtoola contributes one percent of sales to help preserve indigenous mountain cultures worldwide. While our products push the limits of technology further and further each year, we also believe in the human spirit that powers those achievements. That is why 1% of all our sales go towards our 1% for the People program. Through this program we fund projects across the world to help preserve indigenous mountain cultures. We invite you to explore our work with organizations like the Mountain Project, dZi Foundation and the Tibetan Aide Project.
